Create / Edit Group Forum
Supplemental source structure preview — no group or member records loaded. Current-site use of this legacy layout is unverified.
Original same handler selects create when group_id exists and no forum_id, or edit after retrieve_forum_for_edit_by_id succeeds. Missing/inaccessible records redirect. Source controls are title, description, then Create or Save depending mode. Preview shows both disabled captions without granting either action. Source default strings are not form values.
