Source and verification boundary
The original handler checks whether Live is enabled and available, applies profile access, separates presenter from viewer, resolves an active stream and video record, and then initializes a configured WebRTC media server. It also delegates credits, comments, likes, reports and viewer identity to separate legacy owners. Those transport, persistence, pricing and moderation dependencies do not have one established Laravel owner, so this local preview does not request devices, start or watch a stream, store comments, charge credits, publish media, or reveal members.
